Why I love being a tour guide

Nothing satisfies me more as a tour guide than seeing the faces of our guests as they experience the stunning sights and beauty of Salzburg and its surrounding areas, just as I did, as a tourist for the first time, 25 years ago!

Fun Times
David was an enthusiastic and informative tour guide and we had so much fun seeing the sights and singing the songs. We learned a lot, got great pictures, and just enjoyed these few hours outside the city.

David was a great tour guide who obviously knows, and loves, his knowledge of The Sound of Music. The tour was well planned and it was great getting to see the multiple locations In and around Salzburg. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Salzburg.

My Sisters Dream Tour
We took the private 4 hour Sound of Music Tour with David back in June. David was fantastic and si enthusiastic the entire tour. He gave us all the behind the scenes information, showed us all the movie spots, took pictures for us, and we sang along to the sound track in his car. The tour was allot of fun and the scenery was breathtaking. If you take this tour, do a private tour and ask for David.

Fun Highlights from The Sound of Music!
We had so much fun on this tour. David was a great guide and storyteller! He was very knowledgeable and it was fun to have someone take us arrive and show us all the places where the original movie was filmed, and share behind-the-scenes stories. It was also fun to sing along to the music while driving on the bus! We are very glad that we went on this tour! They do a great job of making it entertaining and informative :-)

Magical The Sound of Music
May we firstly thank our guide David well this guy knows his stuff about the Sound of Music great fun tour around Salzburg. 7 of us in a little mini bus. He made it so personal and enjoyable we loved it.

The booking process was very easy done before we left the UK and on arrival to the meeting point that was only 6 min walk from our hotel NH Collection Salzburg (that was amazing too) we were greeted warmly by a friendly charp who confirmed our booking and said David was our guide. Is was a magival tour. Very comfortable transport Thank you.

Must see- wonderful tour!
Great tour!! Covered everything a Sound of Music lover wants to know. Guide & driver were excellent!! David had lots of back stories about the filming of the movie. Made the bus ride fun with the sinf a long & explanation of all the various sites. Great to have time to eat & walk around before returning. Evo had beverage which were great! Definitely recommend this tour/ wouldn't have gotten much out of just walking around from place to place & trying to figure out what exactly we were looking at!

This was the highlight of my trip
This was the higlight of my trip! Our huide David was terriffic! I have loved the Sound of Music since it came out in 1965. I was 8 years old and I have seen the movie countless times and can't wait to see it again to look for the "hollywood Trickery" David mentioned & to see the sights of Salzburg. Thanks for making my dream come true!
