Situated in the middle of the Linzergasse, this hotel provides an ideal starting point to go on a sightseeing trip through the city. Many historic destinations are in the direct vicinity of the hotel: The Mirabell Palace and Mirabell Gardens, the birthplaces of the musical genius Wolfgang A. The hotel itself is located in a time- honoured, medieval historical building, constructed as early as 1408! Since 1429 this site is home to a Brewery. In 1535 the building was purchased by the family Gabler, thus the name "Gablerbraeu" became commonly used and is still used to this day.
