Explore one of the most beautiful landscapes of Hungary - the Danube bend
You will drive along the Danube to our first stop in Esztergom, the former capital of Hungary and center of the Catholic Church as well as seat of the Hungarian archbishop. We visit de largest cathedral of Hungary. Afterwards, we drive across the river to Slovakia and enjoy the view over the Basilica.
The next stop will be in Visegrád. From the top of the fortification you have a fascinating view over the Danube valley. Afterwards you have the opportunity to have lunch (not included in the price).
The last stop is Szentendre, the artist's village near Budapest, located at the gate of the Danube Bend. We enjoy a guided tour through the historical centre and afterwards you can visit the Margit Kovács Ceramic Museum or enjoy a cup of coffee in one of the romantic narrow streets.
From May to September we return to Budapest by boat. The tour ends in the city centre (pier).
Please notice:
The boat ride will take place from 1st May till 28th September - in case of low water or during winter season you will return by bus.
