This museum is dedicated to one of the most famous composers and musicians of Hungary, Ferenc Liszt.

The building itself was once the home of this extraordinary artist, who lived here between 1881 and 1886. This house was the "old" Academy of Music, and Liszt's original instruments, books and furniture are also on display here.
